Interactive Data Tool

This interactive tool supplements the SCATJ Commission’s 2021 Justice Gap Report. It draws on census data, provider data from South Carolina Legal Services and the South Carolina Bar, and court data from South Carolina Circuit and Magistrate courts and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of South Carolina, to present basic facts about attorney access, lack of access, and representation in court, both geographically and by problem area.
