On March 18th, 2022 judges, court staff, and practitioners from across the state gathered in Columbia to discuss the challenges facing South Carolina’s Family Courts and brainstorm potential solutions together.

NOTE: At the beginning of the day, participants will be given several “user stories” to use as a reference point throughout the day as they consider the information provided by the speakers and offer solutions during the brainstorming sessions.
NOTE: At the end of the day, participants will be asked to indicate which working groups they would be interested in being a part of going forward.
